ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JUNE 12, 2009

12:15P.M.        Called meeting to order. Present : Paula Keefe, Richard

                        Gorden, Ellen Abelson and Mark Mazur.

1.         The Board reviewed and then signed a Commitment for FY 2009

            Supplemental Tax on New Construction for three parcels.

2.         The Board reviewed and then signed an Omitted and Revised

            Assessment Report for Fiscal Year 2009.

3.         The Administrative Assessor discussed with the Board some

            of the adjustments he plans to make for the FY 2010

            revaluation.

4.         The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 12:15P.M.

            on Friday, June 26, 2009.
